Based in Bartlesville, Oklahoma Wesleyan University offers a faith-based liberal arts education. The school was founded in 1905, and today offers numerous associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees. Distance learners can pursue a bachelor of science in organizational management that does not require any in-person attendance. This 126-credit degree includes 30 core business credits, 45 general education credits, and 51 elective credits. Courses include management and leadership, organizational behavior, management of human resources, business ethics and Christian wisdom, and global business environment. Online coursework typically follows an asynchronous format, which allows students to complete assignments as their schedule permits.
