Cornerstone University, a Christian institution located in Grand Rapids, provides online degrees in business, education, human services, and ministry. Students can begin their postsecondary studies by choosing from two online associate degrees or develop additional expertise in their field through online master's, doctoral, and graduate certificate programs. The university also offers individual online courses for students who want to examine a specific topic without formally applying to a program. Online courses at Cornerstone cover subjects such as Old and New Testament studies, coping with grief and loss, and natural resources management. Current educators can also take single courses in instructional strategies and education leadership to meet their professional development requirements. Applying to the university as an undergraduate requires a high school diploma with a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Applicants must also receive a score of at least 19 on the ACT, at least 1000 on the SAT, or at least 64 on the Classic Learning Test.
