Adult Gerontology - Acute Care NP

School Overview

Georgetown's Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program prepares registered nurses (RNs) to manage the care of patients with acute and chronic conditions. Students learn to communicate clearly with patients and families, listen actively to their concerns, and manage complex acute health situations. In support of our long-standing commitment to care for the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-this program fosters nursing excellence in holistic care for those with critical conditions and primary care for older adults.
